The classical Missouri Meerschaum Co Hardwood Pipes are known. These pipes are specially modified. We sandblast each single pipe from hand. It's a semi-freehand Hardwood Corncob. Modified in Germany. The treatment results in the design, which is depicted. We hold the view that this is what the manufacturer wanted to actually build: A natural pipe with a natural finish. We don't seal the surface with wax or varnish.
The price is compared to regular wood pipes set at a tad higher level than usual. This is due to the handwork that's invested into each single one of these. I think that's a very considerable price for an individually made semi-freehand Pipe.
